Shaun Bonett
Position: Chief Executive Officer
Bio: Shaun Bonett is principally responsible for the strategic direction of the Precision Group and plays an active role in the purchase, finance and development aspects of the Group’s commercial property transactions across all sectors.

Shaun’s role also extends to the overseeing of selected mezzanine finance transactions on behalf of Precision's subsidiary company, Lenders Direct, and private equity transactions.


 

Ron Zucker
Position: General Counsel
Bio: With more than 30 years experience in the legal profession, Ron Zucker brings to the Precision Group specialist professional counsel on all day-to-day property and property finance related legal matters.

Ron holds degrees in Arts and Law and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland as well as in the High Court of Australia. He is a non executive director of three Macquarie Bank securitisation vehicles and the Compliance Committee chairman for a leading real estate investment trust.

With dedicated internal legal resources, Ron provides Precision Group with immediate legal input on all transactions considered by the Company. His guidance focuses specifically on assisting the commerciality of the deal from a legal perspective.


Neil Proudlove
Position: General Manager
Bio: With professional RICS and API qualifications, Neil Proudlove has more than 20 years property valuation and commercial agency experience gained in both the United Kingdom and Australia.

Neil joined Precision in late 2005 to manage the day-to-day performance of Precision’s existing portfolio, oversee the successful delivery of Metro Chatswood and secure new property investments for the Group.

Neil’s track record includes successfully negotiating some of Australia’s largest and most complicated retail investment transactions including the sales of Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre, Harbourside Darling Harbour, Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre and Marina, as well as introducing Precision to Metro Chatswood.

Neil is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of all due diligence processes for property transactions that the Precision Group is involved with as well as leading the development, management and leasing teams.


Lyndon Jeffree
Position: National Group Asset Manager
Bio: Since 1999, Lyndon has been responsible for the day-to-day asset management and financial reporting of the Precision Group’s entire portfolio. The current portfolio includes 10 substantial retail and commercial properties, with property managers in each which Lyndon oversees.

Lyndon brings to the Precision Group more than 30 years of experience in property management and financial reporting having previously held senior positions in the property management sections of other large real estate companies.

Lyndon is an affiliate of the Australian Property Institute (Land Economy) and is a certified Shopping Centre Manager by the Property Council of Australia.


Nicholas Edwards
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Bio: Nicholas Edwards is qualified as a chartered accountant and has 15 years experience in finance, investment management and taxation services. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Law Society of New South Wales and the Commercial Law Association of Australia.

Nicholas joins Precision from an ASX 100 real estate investment trust where he was responsible for the provision of taxation services to the listed entity and its funds management business conducting due diligence on acquisitions and fund restructures.

At Precision, Nicholas and his finance team are committed to developing financial and risk management systems, reporting and investment analysis capabilities. Having advised clients on tax-effective investment with ANZ Private Bank and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nicholas’ mandate includes the origination and structuring of future acquisitions.

Nicholas completed a masters degree in law in June 2007 and combines his knowledge and experience with a passion for creativity and communication in delivering fresh ideas and direction to Precision"s growth strategy.


Bruce Engeman
Position: National Retail Leasing Manager
Bio: Bruce Engeman recently joined Precision with over 12 years shopping centre experience including over 10½ years with the Westfield Group. During his career with Westfield, Bruce was Regional Manager – Queensland Shopping Centre Division, Australian National Legal and Administration Manager – Leasing Division and also Regional Manager – Leasing Division.

Bruce had the responsibility for the retail planning and leasing of a portfolio of regional shopping centres including Westfield Hornsby, Mt Druitt and Tuggerah. Bruce was the Leasing Project Manager for the Mt Druitt Development in 2004/2005. Bruce also worked with the Queensland Investment Corporation as a Management Consultant relating to their significant portfolio of Australian Centres for 18 months.

Prior to joining Westfield, Bruce worked in private practice as a solicitor as well as a corporate lawyer with the Shell Company of Australia for 3½ years. Bruce’s education includes a Bachelor of Business (Curtain, WA), Bachelor of Laws (QUT, QLD) and a Masters of Laws (Monash, VIC).


George Manno
Position: Development Manager
Bio: George Manno has more than 20 years experience within the property industry and provides the Precision Group with his development and project management experience. He is a specialist in converting and delivering major retail developments.

George holds qualifications in surveying, construction management and has recently graduated with a Masters Degree in property development.

He provides the Precision Group with professional project management and development management skills with a special focus in creating additional value across the Company property portfolio.
Col Hamilton
Position:
State Asset Manager (QLD)
Bio: With almost 40 years experience in property and related industries, Col Hamilton has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of asset management.

Col joined the company in 2007 as a State Asset Manager with responsibility for Precision's commercial, retial and hospitality assets in Queensland.  Precision's Queensland assets include 144 Edward Street, MacArthur Central Shopping Centre (CBD Brisbane) and the Victory Hotel (CBD Brisbane).

Col's extensive experience includes commercial and retail property management, airport management and asset management with a number of high profile Australian companies including Ansett Australia, Professionals Group, Stanton Hiller Parker, Colliers International and Savills.

Col's personalised management style has delivered strong results in his previous roles of Associate Director and State Asset Manager, and continues to do so in his current role at Precision.

Michael Vaughan
Position: State Asset Manager (SA)
Bio: Michael has been involved with Precision Group since early 2000 when it acquired the partially completed Adelaide Central Plaza complex in Rundle Mall from David Jones.  He has been involved in all elements of this highly successful Centre"s tenancy mix, leasing, management protocols and marketing and this asset has continued to perform exceptionally well for the Group under his guidance.

Michael brings to Precision over 25 years of experience in shopping centre management and leasing both in South Australia and Queensland having managed assets including major shopping centres, leisure retai / tourist centres and the eclectic Adelaide Central Market.

Michael holds a Diploma in Property, is a certified Shopping Centre Manager and is registered as a Land Agent in South Australia.  He is currently a member of the Rundle Mall Round Table Committee which helps give guidance to the Adelaide City Council on the direction of the Mall.
