Adelaide Central Plaza is located in Rundle Mall, the heart of Adelaide’s CBD and is home to one of David Jones’ strongest performing stores in Australia. The five level department store was developed by Precision and is under a secure 25 year lease expiring in 2025.
Adelaide Central Plaza features a range of specialty retailers including a lower ground food court and service retail outlets, together with Ground and Level One fashion retailers.
With a market value of approximately $200 million, Adelaide Central Plaza is currently the only major CBD retail asset of its kind in Australia that is still held in private ownership.

Adelaide Central Plaza is the city’s finest shopping destination and home to Australia’s premier department store, David Jones.
The Centre is strategically located in Rundle Mall adjacent to one of the CBD’s larger car parks and has frontage to Adelaide’s cultural boulevard of North Terrace which includes the Art Gallery and Museum.
