In early 2005, Precision Group diversified its portfolio purchasing two hospitality venues, the Victory Hotel in Brisbane’s CBD and the White Horse Hotel in Sydney’s Surry Hills.
Precision Group’s involvement in these two properties is by way of secured income arrangements only with occupational leases enabling occupiers to have day-to-day operational control.
Combined, these two properties provide Precision Group with exposure to more than $35 million in this special asset class.
