The Precision Group’s commercial property portfolio includes 144 Edward Street in Brisbane, Customs House in Port Adelaide and Metro Chatswood Business Centre in Sydney.

The portfolio encompasses 26,386sqm of prime office space, including 16,200sqm of A Grade commercial space. 4,700sqm of prime office space is being developed as part of Precision’s Metro Chatswood shopping and business centre development, released to the market in late 2008.

Major tenants include the Commonwealth Government, Queensland Government, South Australian Government, ANZ Bank, Australian Electoral Commission and Australian Maritime Safety Authority.
