Port Adelaide Plaza™ shopping Centre is the newest shopping centre in the heart of one of Adelaide’s oldest historical ports – Port Adelaide, 14km northwest of the Adelaide CBD located with easy access from Commercial Road and surrounded by historic landmarks and buildings. The design of the new Port Adelaide Plaza™ shopping Centre is of a contemporary nature and exhibits an innovative style. A collection of pedestrian friendly and inspirational spaces to explore, savour and enjoy, allowing locals and visitors alike to soak up the unique atmosphere, a melting pot of historic quality and new-found confidence.

The $45 million Centre, which was rebranded Port Adelaide Plaza™ shopping Centre in April 2019, will expand from 19,000 square metres to over 29,000 square metres with an expected end value of $133 million - making it the most significant retail development of its kind in the local area in 40 years.
Stage 1 saw ALDI, Paisley Park Early Learning Centre, Australia Post, TerryWhite Chemmart, Bendigo Bank and our dining precinct join existing retailers Kmart, Coles, Liquorland and mycar.
Stage 2 which is set to open on 26 November 2020, will accommodate a further 10 specialty stores including The Reject Shop, Lone Star Rib House & Brews, SportsPower, L Law Boutique, Ban Ban, Soonta, SA Gourmet Meats, St Georges Bakehouse, Captain Chicken & Seafood & Creative Poultry. December 2020 will see a further two restaurants open including S2 Social Street who specialise in Thai and South East Asian street food and Sorriso, brought to you by the owners of SVAGO and continuing the legacy of ETC - East Terrace Continental. Sorriso are an Italian kitchen inspired by receipes handed down from generation to generation.
Once completed, the Centre will accommodate 70+ retailers, including additional speciality shops and a planned health club and medical centre.
Port Adelaide Plaza™ shopping centre will provide everyday shopping and services to a growing population of over 60,800 and over 8,000 businesses. Further residential developments in the Port Adelaide area will ensure continued growth and revitalisation over the coming years.
