Customer Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We know there's community concern about Coronavirus and public spaces. The wellbeing of our customers and people is, and always has been our highest priority.

We're continuing to take all the necessary precautions to protect our customers and people. All the decisions we make are guided by the advice of the Australian health authorities and the New Zealand Ministry of Health to apply the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Centres.

Help stop the spread of coronavirus by practising Social Distancing. Social Distancing is keeping a distance of two arm lengths (1.5 metres) apart and practise good hand hygiene, as always. Remember, don’t shake hands or exchange physical greetings.

The most important thing to avoid catching any virus, be it coronavirus, the flu or the common cold, is to wash your hands, avoid touching your face, use hand sanitiser and cover sneezes or coughs with your arm, not your hands.
