Customer Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)


We remain focussed on the health and wellbeing of the people in our Assets. 

We continue to monitor the situation closely ensuring we are adhering to government and relevant health authority’s advice and evolving our practices to reflect ongoing changes.

We ask that you ‘QR Code/Check in’ when you visit our Assets, as required, to assist with contact tracing.  Checking in is a simple and effective way we can stop the spread of coronavirus and keep our loved ones and communities safe.

Face masks and social distancing guidelines should also be adhered to when shopping or visiting our Centres or Office Buildings.
We apply the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. We have increased the routine cleaning of frequently touched hard surfaces and touch-free hand sanitiser stations are available in common areas.

We ask that you continue to practice good hygiene and if you are feeling unwell to stay home. If you have COVID-19 symptoms no matter how mild, health advice is that you should be tested.

We will continue to work together with our retailers and tenants to monitor the situation.
