As Chief Operating Officer at Precision Group, Manuela leads national retail and commercial operations across a portfolio valued at over $1.2 billion, encompassing six shopping centres and three commercial assets. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, she oversees all aspects of management, operations, leasing, development, and marketing, ensuring strategies are both commercially sound and human-centred.
